these agent's always try to brain wash you into deal, that will put you in a Hard position after six month to year in the deal all is well and OK real estate agent get their money full stop. it is your problem to deal with all issues from their on, no more Mr nice agent any more he or she is to busy to return calls.

Overtime

In my experience is hard trying to raise children when there is only minimum wage jobs and you have to work harder in order to make end meet and it doesn't leave us enough we need to make  a little more time for our children's life.

Settling Down

I dont think any one should settle for less. whether is a career or every day task. A Network Engineer only is that's the career you want.
